How do we know FP's send to BCIS?

I gave my & wife's 2nd FP's last week in Seattle. After how many days BCIS will receive our FP's? How can I check the status of 2nd FP's? Any number to call?

Here is the number you can reach them , i think you should select option 3(not sure please check). The number is 304 625 5590. Hope this should help. The other option is call the customer service and talk to tier 2 and ask them if the service has already received the FP , number to reach them is 800 375 5283.
