These forums helped me to figure this out. So I am passing it on.
EB2 - Master's degree is required ( and needed by job duties) or Bachelors and 5 years of post bachelor experience.
Anything less than that would be EB3.
P.S. Just Master's degree would be sufficient but would look a bit weird. In real world Master's degree should be followed by at least one year of experience...Just my opinion
You do not see that. If it meets the requirements posted above, when filing I-140 you mark EB2 (advance degree), if it does not meet, you specify EB3 ( do not remember what it says, maybe professional?).
