how do we check fee recd at st.louis

Once we send the fee bill how would we know that it has been recd in St.Louis any automated system ?

To my understanding, there's no way. You can check with the bank issuing the check to see if it is cleared.

How many days it takes for them to inform NVC after the payment is send . Also if you often call NVC and talk to representative does it have any negative effect ? Please reply ASAP
