I have noticed that when INS starts to process certain period of time \'s I485 (let\'s say Aug. 00), it is not always that earlier ND gets to assign to an IIO earlier. For example I sam an ND 9/29/00 got approval last week sometime on 7/20, but also saw an message say someone\'s case with ND of 8/3 was assigned to an officer only last week. So what kind of order INS is distributing the cases? by last name?
How do they process I485 cases when they start to look certain ND period
