My lawyer ( paralegal) mentioned all my 485 docs are fine and will file my 485 application with INS before noon today !! what does that mean?? do they courier/mail or electronically file with INS ? Just curious..
The package is sent and filed by mails. While we are in the
information age, INS does not have the technology to implement
electronic filing yet.
