How do I take care, if middle name is missing from Naturalization Certificate?

Recently I have become a naturalized citizen, and INS gave me a certificate with out my middle name. My original N-400 applcation clearly states that I do not want to change my name. Also when I was interviewed by Immigration officer, I answered "NO", when he had asked me whether I want to change my name. Right after the oath, I had pointed out to the officer there, that my middle name is mising. He told me to apply N-565. I am in the process of doing that.

All along, my legal name everywhere, i.e. driver's license, bank accounts, IRS, car title, etc., has middle name. I am affraid now my name on Naturalization certifiacte doesn't match with these. Also, can the US passport agency issue an US passport with middle name, even though it is missing from the Naturalization certifcate? These are some of the issues bothering me.

Is it really a problem, if middle name is missing from the certificate? Or am I over reacting? Had anybody experienced this problem? If so, what was your experience and do you have any suggestions for me?
