how do i post packet3 from india

What is the best and safest way to send packet 3 from Mumbai, India to NVC?

It seems that Fed-Ex, etc won't work as it is a post-box?

The Speed Post service by Indian Postal service is quite reliable.
For additional peace of mind you can also do the following.

a) Send it by FedEx to someone you trust here in US.

b) Then ask them to use the USPS (with delivery confirmation)
for mailing to NVC.

PLEASE REPLY ASAP NVC address is a P.O. Box or normal?

I noticed the address where I need to send Packet 3 goes like this:

National Visa Center,
ATTN:CMR
32 Rochester Avenue
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

Is this a P.O. Box address? I want to Fed-Ex Packet 3 but was under the impression that it is a P.O. Box...

Has anybody send Packtet 3 from India to the above NVC address using courier service (e.g. Fed-Ex, DHL, IRIS,etc)..

Early reply HIGHLY appreciated as I have already filled packet 3!!!

I have answered this question in another thread where you have posted the same question. NVC is not a p.o.box address. Follow the steps suggested by raju!
