How do I know whether a H1B - H1B port has actually filed for premium processing?

Hi,
My new employer claims that the H1B- H1B port has been filed in VSC for premium processing. But the receipt notice says nothing of that nature, nor does it show the exra fees.

1st question: Does the receipt notice show whether the case has been filed for premium processing?

2nd question: How can I find out whether the case has been filed for premium processing or not?
