How do I know my I-140 is approved on EB2 or Eb3?

My Labor certificate (B.E. (4year) and 5 + years experience) is approved and lawyer is preparing to file I-140 (premium processing), in Eb2 category; ones I-140 approve how do I know it is based on Eb2 or Eb3, to calculate my priority date.

on your approved I140 if you find
1>Section: Skilled Worker or professional
2>Sec: 203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii)

Then you are EB3

For EB2 it would be Section: Mem of Profession w/Adv Deg, or of Exceptn'l Ability, Sec.203(b)(2).



I guess even your PD will be mentioned in the approved I-140....
