How do I know if my 140 is filed under EB2 or EB3?

Hi Folks,

How do I know if my I-140 is filed under EB2 or EB3. I asked this question to my employer and my attorney but both were tight lipped. I saw an approval of an I-140 around my I-485 numbers filed on the same date but not sure if that is mine. Have applied for FOIA and 3 weeks have passed.

Appreciate if anyone can provide information on the above. :eek:
 
Check your notices( 140 & 485) that you received from INS , on the top Right hand side corner you would see the information
