How do I knwo my company financial status? I filed my I140 in NSC. I am hearing lots of RFE's and denials on ability to pay.

1) How many people work for your company?
2) Are they charging you for the GC?
3) What kind of insurance plan you guys have?
4) what is your salary terms, Hourly or Salary?
5) What is the bench policy?
6) Where is the company office located?
etc..
are some of the questions that can answer your question.
