How do I include my parents for GC?

Hi,
I am in the process of applying for a GC. Is there a way by which I can include my parents when applying for green card?? or do I have to wait until I get the Citizenship?

You can apply for your parents' GC only after you become a citizen.

GC for dependents only

You may only apply/include your dependents while processing the GC. Dependents means your spouse and children only. Parents don't fall in the dependents category.
