How do i get married to a us citizen?

I m and indian by origin currently residing in india and i have a passport i want to marry a US citizen living in washington state what is the procedure best to follow i want to get to her and marry her as soon as possible what is the fastest way and what will be i required documents? how much money will it cost me? should my fiancee apply for the visa or should i apply ? if my fiancee has to apply wht is her procedure to apply for a visa for me and what type of visa is best suited we haven't met in person but we have talked over the phone and online please anybody help me get to her and Indians who have experience of the procedures please help

Hey there, you can apply for K3 visa. Meaning from india and when approved, you can go and get married to your fiancee. That will give you 90 days to get married etc.
Always keep an eye on USCIS.gov website. The answers are all there.

BTW - the OP wants a K1 visa. A K3 visa is if you're already married, not for a fiance. I just wanted to clear that up in case it caused any confusion.
