How do i get a Job with same title/desc. when using AC21

All people who used AC21 and who submitted an EVL later to get approved, how did u manage to put in the same job /desc. I am looking for a job but every company has its job title/desc which though is similar to what i am doing but not exact. I have read forums where people have said that they basically cut-pasted the original duties into new letter and sent that .How do you convince the management to do that.
I find it very odd to say in an interview that I might need a letter later with these wordings.... Please suggest since I am looking for a full time job and would like to use AC21.

First of all, the job title does not have to be EXACTLY same. Its ok as long as it is very similar and almost same job duties and similar pay. If you are planning to use AC21, you should try to negotiate with your new employer to give you the exact title you are looking for and give you an offer letter with same job duties. If you explain that its for immigration purposes, I am sure they will consider it, especially if they really need you. I personnally believe that if you reasonably happy with your current job, you outta slug it out.
