I have called 214.381.1423 but it is busy all the time. Can anybody recomend a time to call or any other number - all tricks and tips are welcome...

Continuously keep redialing for 1 hour or so, you may get through. After getting through again you may be kept on hold for one more hour, so have patience. Good Luck.
