How Do I Change My Name with Immigration?

I am a H1B visa holder. I am getting married next month and will be changing my last name. How do I report this change to immigration so that my records (I-129 and such) will stay current? I searched everywhere on their website and couldn't find an answer. Is there a form I can download to send in for my name change?

you need to go find a lawyer to file a name change for you in court.

one question, if you are going to be married to a us citizen and be petitioned, you don't need to have a name change to get filed.

since all your documents are in your maiden name, i suggest that you let it stay that way.
once you are eligible for us citizenship, you ca have your name changed without a problem.
