Guys, please advise!
My case is pending since August 2004 in VSC (EB2, worldwide, PD Mar2003)
As everyone predicts further retrogression later this FY, I feel really nervouse and want to push them somehow, and since their published dates are Dec2004 I can call them. I've heard that calling to the NCS gives nothing, but if you're lucky to reach VSC itself and talk to an immigration officer you might get real information. Has anybody done that??? Also, my LUD changed in July although I didn't get any RFE, FP, biometrics, AP or anything like that. What it might be???
