How do I approach senator??

My I-485 case is pending from 08/2002, I don't see any progress even after initiating enquiries. May I know how to approach my senator?? I live in Columbus,Oh.

they may have different method like email,fax,letter. the best thing is, make copy of ur case docs, and get appointment with secretary near u and walk-in.
