HOW Do EVER get throught VSC

I hear so many people say, i spoke to IIO, whats the tgrick, i have never been able to get through. do u have a phone which keeps redialling automatically??

Try around 7.50 a.m., don\'t disconnect ,try different options untill you get an IIO -ie after 8.00 am.

Or try after 2 p.m. and keep redialing I guess after 5 or 6 tries, you will get connected.

Try calling 5 or 10mins before 9am. usually you get through in 20 mins or so. Also b careful not to hold on for iio after 4pm. They close down shop and never bother to close down their phone system.
