How do change the address after transfer case?

My case has been transferred ( WAIT FOR INTER VIEW)to local office and finished FP. I will move to another state, which belonged to another INC center not VSC. How should I do? Informing local office to change of address or just waiting for interview. WHAT IS BEST?
