I am getting married this month end. How difficult is it to get the
visa from Delhi. They have a drop box system so I have to drop all the documents with tts I believe.
Also I have a H1 stamp from my previous employer but now I work with a new I797. Does this effect in getting her H4 Stamp? Should I also apply for a new H1 stamp from my current employer in India? Do I have to mention seperately that the stamp I have is from my previous employer and I currently work for a different employer in a letter.
