How did you mail your DV fee?

I mailed my DV fee this past Saturday through US Express mail, but since yesterday it still says Arrival at Pick Up point.
I called the post office and they said they are waiting for someone to go there and sign it. Apparently this happened because it was mailed to a po box.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Hello. I mailed my DV fee by normal first class mail but added a signature return receipt. I asked the person at my local post office if the signature receipt would be a problem, given that the destination was a PO Box, but he didn't think so. He claimed that there is supposed to be someone at the PO Box desk who will sign for things.

I hope that your payment is delivered soon, because I remember how anxious I was waiting for proof of payment. It took only a week for me to receive my receipt and proof of payment, so you still have a lot of time to fix this problem, if it doesn't fix itself. Hopefully, you'll find that the delivery was made today, though. Good luck.
