how come CSC is having a problem, not VSC or NSC

It seems all the security checks, TPS and special registration is affecting only CSC.

Also, if expiring FP is a problem, there are a lot of applicants in Nov-Feb 2002 timeline who did late FP and hence their cases can be picked up.
 
NSC hired staff

NSC recently hired 100 junior IIO and none of them are doing any justice. They are creating more trouble than offereing any help - like ignorant of the law and unfavourable interpretation of the law.
 
VSC hired 100 people too, but they are doing just fine. Explains why VSC and NSC are cooking and CSC and TSC are not
 
Well whatever said and done, we are seeing approvals, in April and May maybe but they are approvals and count towards the backlog. I am sure CSC is going to move, just that it is going to take some time, it is like getting the giant to roll. Besides here is where the bad economy helps us, the experienced IIO's can't jump jobs since there are no openings out there, and they have to perform in case performance is an issue with layoffs. :)
