How can we Fix mess on this forum

For last few days,there so many threads are going on here. Everybody is having too extreme views on various issues. . Since today morning, I am confused and tired of reading 10 different threads. Give me a break. Please post your (possibly constructive ) views about what can be done to fix mess on these forums? I request everyone (including Joef and his sidekicks) to chip in and speak their minds. We can not continue this mess too long, its hurting all members.

My suggestion is just give some counsel to joef by Admin/willing members, regarding how to behave on public forums (more importantly when he disagrees) and be a positive contributor to members. I think, if joeF's negative mentality corrected, he can be helpful to immigration community. And if he accepts that, rest members should give him slack for atleast few weeks and make sure joeF follows that path.

I agree, Most of us come for a reason to this forum, and have no time to spare for this personal vendetta.
People having issues with JoeF should create one single thread and rant as much as they want there and not open multiple threads.

Lets get this forum back on track.
