How can they Rescheduale only one day before hearing..

if it's the court then accept the fact that's how the legal system works...but if it's on the request of the defendants then they are playing the game they are good at....delay the process :(
 
It's stunning :mad: :mad: . I hope the courts don't work that way in this country. My guess is , this might have something to do with defendants plan to buy time :mad: .
I guess it's very difficult for any one to next time. It was a big embarrassment at work. Actually i have already filled out the timesheet and submitted it (for 32 hours) :( . Need to rollback some things now :confused:

They are probably watching this forum and want to dishearten the members of this forum. I was surprised they did not do this earlier but seeing that they did this 1 day before, what else can be expected from these A$$H***$.
