How can some one talk to officers in NSC

Hi there
I have seen some posts where people are mentioning "After talking with the officer" My question is "How can I talk with an officer at NSC because all I have is the 800 number and when I punch in my LIN #, it tells me the same story which is posted on the on line update system"

Could some one please explain the way to get hold of a officer in NSC

enter your LIN# and press 1 for correct

then enter option 3 then 4 it will take you to NSC office/officer

FYI:
Since your ND is only 06/2004, you'll possibly get no good information other than the standard "wait till the JIT date passes your ND by at least 30 days."

NSC is "officially" processing 485s from March 2003 now.
 
Post RFE Call

Does it make sense to call them and find out whats the status of the case after RFE was replied..would it be a positive effort to put..let me know. Cos i know lots people say wait till the processing dates are current.

Suggestions appreciated.
