My case has a RD of 02/2000 (LIN 00089 *****), I called NSC in May, was told that the case was with an officer. I called again in June, an IIO told me that the case has been transferred to Chicago Local office on June 7th, 2001. Haven\'t received anything, not even a notice informing me of the transfer, so I called again last week, an IIO told me that the case is STILL in NSC and it\'s not with an officer yet, and she is going to "order" the case to be reviewed and processed by an officer in 2 days.
I am totally confused by what IIOs has told me. One of them must lied !
Will call again in a few weeks if I don\'t hear anything from them.
