How can I trust IIO

Just called IIO to verify what IIO told me last week, that my case has been assigned to an officer. Yet to my surprise, this time, the IIO told me that she did not see that my case has been assigned to an officer. And she went, INS is still processing Aug cases....

Does IIO stand for Invalid Information Officer? :confused:
 
believe them if you want a good laugh out of what they might have to say to you...:D
