How can I sign for selected services?

I want to pursue my education further, but I remember my I-20 came out of status 5 months before being 26 then I finish my graduate final project a day before my 26th birthday which was set by the Director of the department. Then I graduated on may next year and received my diploma.

What can I do to received financial Aid to my graduate studies at this point.?
