How can I send additional document to USCIS after my lawyer sends any other document?

Hi, everyone,

I should have done it myself.. but my husband and I hired a immigration lawyer so we can hurry up and do another wedding ceremony back in my country. We've heard that U.S. can reject the re-entry while waiting for immigration status is pending and scared us (didn't want to risk..). Today we just found out about Advance Parole (I-131) so I just emailed our lawyer if he could send this document as well as the other documents. I understand there is $360.00 fee for I-131 but my lawyer said "You will need to make an additional payment for attorney fees of $350.00 for the preparation of this but if you are fine with this I will have these prepared for you."
So my real question is...
1.Is this mean he would need we need to pay additional cost to the lawyer fee?
2. If so, can I send additional document on my own after my lawyer sends rest of documents to USCIS?

If you can please tell me this, it would be very much appreciated!

Thank you for your help!

It is free to apply for EAD (with I-765) and Advance Parole (with I-131) when you're an I-485 applicant. You can apply for them together with or after applying for AOS (I-485). I don't know why this lawyer charges so much to fill out this simple form.
