How can I know where the labor is EB3 or EB2

Hello guys,

I have a copy of a pre-approved labor from a company which is

processing : Feb 19 2002
Degree : Bachelor's
Expericence : 2 years (mentioned in item-14 on the labor)

Company claims it to be a EB2 labor, but as it has mentioned as Bachleors + 2 Years Exp, i feel that it is EB3. Is it safe to file this labor under EB2.

Company person explains that we have to add another 4 years to the 2 years which is mentioned in the labor as from 2002 to 2006 it is 4 years. Please help me to find out whether this labor is EB2 or EB3.
 
Box 14 is where to determine the EB category. Lawyer filed mine under EB3. Bachelor + 2 years exp. I think to qualify for EB2, you must have bachelors + 5 years experience or Master + 0 exp. Of coz this must match the job requirements too.

I have Bachelors with 10 years experience. But can this labor which is mentioned as Bachelors + 2 years experiece can it be substituted for me with EB2.
 
I believe you have to re-apply Labor certificate under PERM with bachelor + 10 years and then file that under EB2. I don't think you can use the current pre-approved labor.
