Hello guys,

I have a copy of a pre-approved labor from a company which is

processing : Feb 19 2002
Degree : Bachelor's
Expericence : 2 years (mentioned in item-14 on the labor)

Company claims it to be a EB2 labor, but as it has mentioned as Bachleors + 2 Years Exp, i feel that it is EB3. Is it safe to file this labor under EB2.

Company person explains that we have to add another 4 years to the 2 years which is mentioned in the labor as from 2002 to 2006 it is 4 years. Please help me to find out whether this labor is EB2 or EB3.

Complete BS..
Chances are it isn't even valid.. I don't think they have those available anymore and if you file under EB2 and then it gets rejected.. they got you for another 4 yrs.. don't they?
How is it that ppl fall for this again and again?

Absolutely B.S. That company contact person is full of it. The information provided to you is completely untrue.
