How can I know where my LC case are processed?

I filed my Labor Certificate on Jan 2005 to New Hampshire (NHES). But my lawyer told me that my case could be tranfered to backlog center. Is there any place I can check where my file is? If my case is transfered to backlog center, is that mean I have a wait for a much longer time for my LC?
