I have applied my I-485 in Dec 2004 and ever since I think my name check is pending.
I used to get information about my Name Check by emailing USCIS. But, looks like they have stopped doing it now. But, at that time (in 2005) they did say that my name check is pending!!!
HOW CAN I KNOW NOW (MAY 2007 TIMES) IF MY NAME CHECK IS DONE???
IF I COME TO KNOW NOW THAT IF IT IS NOT YET DONE, CAN I DO SOMETHING TO PUSH IT. LIKE TALKING TO A SENATOR ETC???
I have been out of touch for almost for the past 9 months, but, my hopes are kind of rejuvenated after I saw the priority dates becoming 2003 today!
