My I140 RD /ND Sept 27, 2003.
The current published processing date is Oct 10,2003.
So can I start an inquiry? My lawyer is saying that the inquiry can be started only after the published processing date crosses Oct 27, 2003!!!!
At the pace of current progress of processing, reaching Oct 27,2003 might take another 2-3 months
How can I initiate an inquiry now, with and w/o lawyer's help.
