How can I find out if the address has been changed

Hello! I have moved during my application and it seems USCIS doesn't do a good job updating addresses. I have sent on 10/02 the AR11 (? the paper form) and I called on 10/4 the 1-800 to change the address. On 10/06 my i-140 got approved but was sent to the old address. Yesterday I got the message that the approval bounced back to them and that I shoul call and change the address which I did. How can I be sure that they changed it? The officer from VSC said that he can't tell me the address (bs?).
 
Take infopass and confirm, that is what I did in my case, also you may get a confirmation letter after the address change. In my case I never received the conf letter and called USCIS 4-5 time to do the address change, still no body confirmed the address to me. Finaly got it confirmed through infopass
