How can I find out how many days I was Outside the US if I lost my passport?

I was wondering if someone could tell me how can I find out how many days I spent outside the US in the past 5 year for my naturalization process. I lost my passport and don't have any other record of my travels except some airline tickets I had saved. But I don't have exact dates for all my trips and don't want to make a false statement in my n-400 form.

Thank you very much

Don't make a false statement

Don't make a false statement. Make a statement to the best of your knowledge, you may add a sheet with ur application stating ur situation.

can anyone concur with me?

Just state whatever you remember to the best of your knowledge and mention this at the time of interview. If you traveled quite a bit then it might take some time for them to verify the records with CBP. Like longjour mentioned don't make a false statement as they probably have the record already.

It is always best to keep an Excel file with all your travel records. This is what I do. Whenever I make an overseas trip, which is quite often, I take a copy of my passport with the stamp so incase I loose the passport, I still have the photocopy of the stamp. Just a piece of advice.

Have you checked old emails? If you booked some of the flights online you probably received emails with the travel dates or hotel reservation dates. Or you may have sent emails to relatives/friends telling them when you would be traveling.

Thank you all for your advice.

So there is no way I can contact CBP or any other agency and ask them for a list of my travels?

And what happens if they deny my citizenship because I didn't state all my trips, do they also take away my resident status?

Thank you.

Check with your travel agent

Your date of travel will be with your travel agency you can contact them for dates.

If you have any frequent traveler program with any airline then you could get the dates from it as well.

Yes, but that can take several months.

Even if you're denied for failing to accurately list all trips, they won't take away your green card unless the unlisted or wrongly listed trip(s) was so long or so many that it looks like you deliberately lied, and the length and timing of the trip(s) would make a difference to your eligibility.
