How can I come back to US after travelling with an expired advance parole?

I'm a TPS holder with an advance parole that expired but I had an emergency to go to my country, I renewed them but after 6 months when I never got them, I just traveled with the expired advance parole but I want to return now, they stop me but the renewed advance parole is still pending. What could I do to return to USA?

You almost certainly need a new visa to return.

I was thinking about that but the embassy in my country is closed because the gang activities that is going on to Haiti.
