I know there is a number to call to the CSC, 949-831-8427. But during after hours it asked for the receipt number or application number which I do not have. Where can I get those numbers ?

What are the chances of getting through to someone during office hours ?
 
ask the attorney or whoever filled for you for A# and WAC#

Before INS send the notice of receipt to you, u can\'t ask them anything, maybe your application wasn\'t even opened in the mail room yet (they had about 2 mo. frontlog in the mail room!), nobody can\'t tell you anything, they don\'t even know about you yet.

Once the notice was sent, u\'ll find there both WAC# and A#.

The chances to call (949)831-8427 during the work hours are small, u need to try continuously for hours.

Anyway, even if u are lucky to get through, the IIO will ask for the same numbers, so get them from your attorney or whoever filled for you. Without those numbers it\'s like u don\'t exist for INS.
