How can I cancel infopass appointment?

Hello my dear member, need your advice. By mistake while surfing in net in order to be acquainted with info pass appointment, I made an infopass appointment. I like to cancel the appointment but do not know the Confirmation Number. I have not taken the printout. I only remember my PIN number, can anyone kindly let me know, how can I cancel the appointment? Please reply at your own convenience.

It gets cancelled automatically, if you don't show up..

Just forget it. By default, it stands cancelled if you fail to turn up on the day of your appointment.
