Hi,
I am working on H1 visa on Corp-corp basis. I have signed a NDA with my consultant where the NDA says that if I leave the organisation then I have to bear the liquidity damage. It doesn't state how long is my contract valid i.e my tenure with this organisation. Now my employer has signed a Purchase order with the other vendor for whose client I am currently working that I have to be in the project till March 2011 else my employer has to bear a fine. I have got a permanent position in one of the renowned firm and I want to leave my current employer in Jan 2011. I came across this PO recently nd now I am in great dilemma. Please advice me how can I leave my current employer? Also I am very dissatisfied with my employer as he pays me the salary only after 2 months and due to this I am financially broke.
