Here is my case... A little complicated but I would really appreciate any input you can offer.
Last year I went to the US (California ) on a F1 visa sponsored by my then finance but I stayed there for only 2 weeks and came back even though my visa was valid for 3 months. That didnt work out and it all ended.
Now I am getting married to my longtime best friend and he is also in the US. Living in Boston and currently there on H1B work visa. We want to get married in summer and I want to move there. Can anyone tell me if my previous Visa would put any negative effect on it or should we proceed in the regular manner of applying for an H4 visa.
