Can some outside their help me understand how to asnswer Question 30 on DS-230 because it seems to be a little tricky.
Throughtout my primary level of education, i was staying with both my parents here in Bushenyi District, western Uganda. I remember i marked 16 years in Novermber 2001 when i was completing my primary level of education. so how should i answer this question because they are asking to indicate From / To (mm-yyyy) or present.
Then question 23 on the same form, they are asking if my parents are deceased. is it appropriate to answer saying NO because all my parents are still alive.
