Recently my employer through the laweyrs applied for PERM process.
It happend so I was one of the first cases for my company (rather big).
Right after submission DOL sends sponsorship verification questions and requires response within 7 days.
Company responed either later or on 7th day and was unsuccesful submitting this information. Of course, they immediately filed a problem to DOL themself and through the lawyer company.

Anyone - either lawyers or people going through the process:
Did you have the same kind of problems? How bad is that?

DOL will call your employer and if your employer does not respond. They drop the case and your employer may have big problem to file another case in the future.
