How accurate is this report:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Vermont
My I-485 receipt date is 9/28/2003. (I had my FP on 10/15/2004 in Newark, NJ)
The report shows current dates for I-485 as June 19, 2003 (it shows this date already for about two months).
At the same time, I see posts of people who filed I-485 after this date, and got their applications approved, and of those who filed before, and still waiting.
So, could anyone explain: what sense this government report makes? How the actual approval (or rejection) dates can deviate from those listed in the report?
Thank you.
