FP = 1/31/02 (Both myself and my wife are planning to take the FP
              and she will leave after the FP and come back on 20th April)

i) Do u think I will get the approval before april?
ii)If so, can she come back with H-4 and approval notice?

I have not gone that far yet.My attorney told me that one should mention this in the form.But I do not have any idea about the result.
 
Experience - watch out

One of my friends had a domestic assualt on his record. His attorney rightly advised him to be truthful about it.

His I-485 was denied and he is cooling his heels back in India.
