How about we have volunteers close to the service centers go the BCIS gates on a friday evening and moon them when they are leaving for the weekend. This would give them some fodder for thought over the weekend. They would surely approve a lot of cases over the following week to avoid being mooned again.

We need a concept of censorship for certain threads..till then one has to be intelligent enough to figure out the hidden jokes else u miss out on the fun.
