I have been a silent observer on this (AC21) forum. I see lot of very similar questions here. How about creating a sticky thread which covers all scenarios and proposed solutions so that people can use it as reference (ofcourse, AT THEIR OWN RISK).
Scenarios that I know:
1. I-140 & I-485 pending for more than 180 days.
1.1 Changed job but did not inform USCIS.

1.2 Changed job and informed USCIS.

2. I-140 approved and I-485 pending for more than 180 days.
1.1 Changed job but did not inform USCIS.
