How 2:Dual Citizenship for kids with US citizenship

Guys!!! How about Dual CItizenship for kids with US citizenship

I have seen that PIO is better option then visa but How about Dual citizenship. I know we can get Indian passports for our kids which sounds muchh better option.
What are the Pros and Cons of that???
What is the procedure to do this??

Anyone done this before???

As per the indian embassy website they do not yet have the info on dual Citizenship.

the bill has been passed only in Dec. 2003. So i think it make take some time before they make all the rules and regulations and design forms, decide on fees etc.
