houston naturalization oath letter

I new to this so apologize if i am starting a new thread. But desparetly need information. My Mom's interview went good on Dec 5th and the houston office was giving out oath ceremony letters for Dec 17th but he was not given one saying it is 3pm and they stop handing out after that time but it will be mailed. Is someone in the same situation? Also can someone post oath ceremony dates for houston office in 2009?

Passed interview on Nov. 17

I passed the interview on Nov. 17, and was told to wait oath letter for Dec. 17 oath. It is Dec. 16 now, I haven't received OL yet.
